Maha Major Fire in Dharavi , No casualty

Mumbai, May 18 (UNI) A major fire broke out at the Ashok Mill Compound in the Dharavi area of central Mumbai, with no casualty reported.
According to the fire brigade sources, the fire broke out at 10:39 pm on Sunday night, following which multiple firefighting teams were rushed to the spot. The fire was initially declared a Level-I at 11:04 pm before being upgraded to Level-II .
Sources also said that the fire was confined to electric wiring, electric installations, garment machinery, wooden furniture, tables, chairs, readymade clothes raw materials, readymade clothes, etc. in an area measuring 40' X 70' feet at various galas in ground plus one, ground plus 02 & ground plus 03 floored structures.
The fire doused at 3:30 am, sources added.
